PP Polypropylene Honeycomb Panels are a type of panel made with a PP honeycomb core laminated with various skin materials such as aluminum, FRP, fiber cloth, or HPL. The PP in the name stands for Polypropylene.

The core of these panels is made from pre-molded PP plastic in a honeycomb shape. This plastic is rigid and crystalline, and by forming it into a honeycomb structure, the weight is reduced while increasing rigidity and strength. This makes PP Polypropylene Honeycomb Panels suitable for a wide range of applications.

4,Stability-The thin stone found on  stone honeycomb panels lack the torsional force the thicker traditional stone. This means the lightweight Alucrown systems doesn't experience the stability failure that occurs in traditional stone.

01. Payment terms?
* Normally 30% advance payment, and the balance have to paid against documents.
* L/C, Paypal, Western Union are acceptable.

02. How to get sample?
    Sample will be provided in condition that:
* Sample request less 200*200mm can be sent for quality test in free of charge .
* Sample delivery cost will be at buyer's account.

03. When to start production?
* Right after our bank confirms the arrival of the L/C or the advance payment.

04. Delivery Leadtime
* Leadtime is around 2-3 weeks per container.

05. Packaging
* Packing in export standard quality wooden crates hardboard carton boexs or pallet based on request.

06. Guarantee & Claim?
* Replacement or repair will be done when any manufacturing defect found in production or packaging.
